In the alternative, the injured worker might be directed to the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers (NAIW) if the Law Firm feels that there are no other private lawyers who would take on the case. The NAIW offers free advice and services to injured workers who need it once the claim has reached the second stage of appeals.

Those Who Are Disrespectful
